Searching for a mohawk...

Hey, does anyone know where I might find a shorter male mohawk? I used to have one, but it was lost in the Great CC Disaster of 2008. It was short, like the female mohawk, but for male sims. I was sure it was on MTS2, but I seem to have been wrong about that (unless I just suck at searching today).

Has anyone seen this anywhere?

Oh, and... I'll bet you have no idea what I want to use it for. :P

There's also one at MTS2, if I can remember correctly. I have the same hair (female mohawk converted for males) and I never go to TSR. :P It has to be made by Melodie9 or Callum9(1?)

I'd never seen that hair before, but I remember that creator used to upload his stuff at MTS2 (he made the mod that gets rid of the red "pause" line, for example), but then he deleted everything when he moved to TSR and became a featured artist.

Maybe you downloaded the hair when it was still at MTS2, so that's why you can't find it anymore.

The problem with CC creators is that they tend to move to a million different sites all the time, so it's impossible to find lost downloads now and then.

My back hurts a little, though, because it's been a while since I last worked with kids, and I need to bend and crouch constantly to do so. But nothing a couple aspirins can't fix! ;)

If I was a cc creator (and maybe I will be one day - I'm installing the XSI Mod Tool to play aorund with it), I'd upload everything to MTS2. It makes things easy for people. You can alwqays offer it on your own journal/site too.

I'm glad to hear it. :) You go back to school early, compared to here. We still have a week or so to go. I work in a building with an alternative school in it, so I get to experience a little of that "back to school" excitement firsthand too. I still get excited for fall every year (my favourite time of year, until the snow comes). Time to buy pencils and new clothes! :)

I don't know much about the InSim forum downloads. I usually only end up there if someone links me to it. I find searching for downloads in forums to be a slightly disorienting process for me. I need visuals, so I tend to avoid it.
