I hope you've all made the most of this day. I know I always do every time I face another doomsday/rapture/Y2K/apocalypse. :P Today I tried to finish all my Christmas shopping. Yeah, I went pretty wild.

As much as I said I wouldn't be slaving over posing from now on, I have fallen in love with Ndainye's Smile For the Camera posebox. When you overlay it with other poses and facial expressions, you can do so many things with it. I love playing around with the directions of the eyes and the way they're turning their heads.

I know, right? Haha. Another year, another apocalypse. Any excuse to break out that song is a good one. It's always been one of my faves.

I've got all the christmas shopping done a week ago. And tomorrow I'll finish the short novel I started, about winter solstice. And then I'll light a candle and wait for the new age. That's what the Maya have seen. The end of the known world. And a beginning for a hopefully better one. By the gods, we deserve it.
