Sim Scenes Weekly Challenge: Allergies - Affection - Health

I decided to try the sim_scenes challenge again this week, and I'm just barely managing to get it in before the deadline. These are a lot of fun to do.

As before, I welcome your feedback. This one's meant to be slightly ambiguous, so I'm wondering how well I've pulled that off.

FAR Better than my futile attempt xD I needed the words - honestly I did - but I guess that I'll improve as time goes on :)
