Thank you, Fantasyrogue! Thank you so very, very much! ^_^ I love it.
Ripp's rocking a tentative test of my retextures on the mesh (I intend to do recolours, but it will involve some messing around, since the shape is a little different). This is how I really wanted him to look as an adult, with a simple tee (that isn't skin tight), cut and dry "dude" jeans, and the same orange Chuck Taylors he's had all through uni. I imagine he wears those sneakers for years and years, and they're completely old, smelly, and battle-worn, but he doesn't see any reason to buy new ones. Maybe I'll recolour them to actually look dirty.
Those woohoo hearts represent his sexiness, by the way.

Date: 2009-03-27 03:12 am (UTC)Well, shhhhhh don't tell anyone but *cough* http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c252/Fantasyrogue/SimsCreations/HMmorph1.jpg *cough* (actually those were the first pants I added a morph too, before the basegame ones). But you didn't hear that from me! (I've just hit a little snag on how to best handle the issue with the other two pants that have that bug fanseelamb fixed)
I'm glad you like the shirt :D And I'd love to get my hands on any recolours you do :) I hope the changes in mapping make sense and aren't too bad.
Now, I'm just gonna sit here and enjoy your picture of Ripp. Oh Ripp... you're so dreamy!

Date: 2009-03-28 01:06 pm (UTC)I've never had to re-size and edit the texture to fit a new map, so I hope I can figure it out. My (quick) test wasn't fully sucessful. You can see above that some of the wrinkles are too high on his chest.
Heehee. Yeah, he's a little dreamy. I'm guilty of favouritism, but he's just so darn cute.
