I don't actually mind WCIF requests. I sort of enjoy being able to pass on the info about cc, so don't worry about it. ;)
Phi's skirt is a Sentate creation, found here at MTS2. That texture comes from one of the bohemian-type outifts that came with FT. It works much better as a skirt than a dress, if you ask me.
