Well, he's more into "it" than Johnny, perhaps. He's just more demonstrative, and oversexed. I'm sure Johnny likes her lots too.

(Well, both are triplebolt stalkers in-game. Yet Phi still seems to be the one persuing them most of the time. She may SEEM all mellow and innocent, but don't be fooled.)
