Default Relacement Vomit, people...

As demonstrated by an alternative universe Ophelia, living in Chronic Town (yeah, that would be home of my elusive Stipe legacy):

EWWWW!

Now that's what I call vomit, not that wussy blue stuff. What is this, a commercial for Maxi pads? I think not...

Looks like Ophelia's preggers again. Surprise, surprise!

It's just a babby factory around here, I tell ya.

And look - it's the new Holy Simoly nursery stuff. (Thanks so much, [livejournal.com profile] simgaroop !)

But where's the daddy? WHO is the daddy?

(As if the kid in the crib isn't a clue. *snort* Yeah, I'm predictable.)

He's heading off to work as an awesome backup dancer after another job well done.

You're installing AL? Cool! (And HELL YES to default replacement vomit.)

Here they are as toddlers:

They seem to be mostly little Ripp-alikes, so they'd have to be cute (though little Ophelias are not too bad either). I gave them the proper recessives in SimPE, so I can get all sorts of variations. Ophelia's mother was a redhead too. It's a pretty diverse gene pool.

Now you know where I get all the breeding out of my system. :P

Ripp definitely makes the cutest babies :D He must have very dominant features; every time I see pics of his offspring in different stories, they take after him most - which is a good thing, given how cute he is ^_^

Somewhere in an alternate universe of mine he has twin boys. One's the spitting image of him, while the other resembles his mum. Can't wait to see what he gets with my self-sim :D

(I must have something like, 2 or 3 playable versions of this damn 'hood. Yeesh..)

Ripp does have pretty dominant features, since they're on the large side. His eyes are really dominant. Of course, I'm not complaining (though his chin is a bit large for a female). I've bred his with Ophelia a number of times, and their features blend together well.

Oooh... I bred my selfsim with Ripp once and it was scary. I have a short face and his is really long... it's not a good thing. :P

I can't really play Strangetown from scratch now that I've been so involved with my story version, so I just drop clone of the characters into other hoods. I also have a Prosperity hood that is all clones of my favourite Maxis characters with different genes. It has a non-alien Johnny, for example.

His eyes are lovely - true puppy-eyes <3 No wonder you keep comparing the two ;)

I know what you mean - the one I referred to with the twin boys, in fact, is a playable story version, if that makes sense. He's with my self-sim at Uni in another one, 'cause I got bored with the story set-up after a while - it's good to get a true break from your story sometimes, I've found.

Have you tried out the megahoods by HP? They're good to play too.

Hooray for diverse gene pools! I'm totally obsessed with using SimPE for that. With Ripp's strong genes, I'm not surprised they're little mini-hims. It looks like his and Ophelia's genes mix well, too.

I should set up something like that too. Breeding Sims is so much fun. :P

*SQUEE!!!!!!* So cute!!

AL question, when you first installed, I think I remember you saying you got a Direct X compatible error message. How did you solve that?

:D They're cuties, aren't they?

Oooh, I did get that, and I ended up reformating my hard drive and it it was fine after that, but I think it has something to do with your video card being compatible. I'm not much help, but there was at least one thread on thesims2, so I'd check there.

Oh, she's so cute! That's a great combo of genes. No big Jennifer Anniston chin, but she gets the cute big eyes and they're grey too.

So, this is the albino alien? (Yeah, I read though your post but didn't comment... sorry) I had a feeling I knew who the father was there. Hehehee.

Isn't she? Her little (green) brother is adorable too. I'm afraid I don't have good pictures of him or I would show you.

Yep! She's the 'albino alien'. ;)

Yeah, she has Phi's cute nose. Have you ever seen it on a guy? It's impressively big.

Yes, yes I have. O_O In my Poison's Bend story, the little boy had Ophelia's nose if I remember correctly! I was rather shocked, lol!
