So, a little update on my ACR test with JRO...

(Acronyms are FUN! Wheeee!)

Johnny proposed to move the makeout session upstairs and to make it more naked.

(Didn't think he had it in him, did you? He's obviously not holding out for anything anymore...)

After some foreplay... ;)

Johnny wins. Not only did he get there before Ripp did, he knows that a lady needs some warming up first.

Morning arrives, and Johnny heads to class...

Ripp decides to skip it. :P

I'm not surprised that he chose the coach. Not at all.

They seem quite pleased with themselves.

The best part was afterwards, though...

Ripp: Fuck yeah! That was awesome, even for me.

Then they flirt with each other for about an hour or so.

Ummm... *snicker* Did they include that with ACR too?

Oh, wait. That's just the Bon Voyage bow.

Ripp: Hey look - Johnny's home! HI JOHNNY!!!

And Johnny takes over the wooing again.

I'm amused.

Obviously, this is not to be taken as any sort of canon to the story. *snicker* That will progress as I want it to. It was funny to see what they'd like to do on their own, though.

I love ACR. But most of all I love the greeting thing they always do, even if they've just cheated their asses off behind the newly arrived sim's back. It really is like Ripp's comment "Look - Johnny's home! HI JOHNNY!" :)

And I wonder, too, if it's even more desireable to woohoo in college. I've had so much on- and off-scene drama in Veronaville. Awesome.

Johnny and Ripp never stop doing that wave thing, and it always amuses me. Sometimes they've been in the room together for ages and then they wave. They could get in a huge brawl and then turn around and wave hello, I think. It makes them seem a little... slow. *snicker*

It's very appropriate for college. I love it. It would be cool if it included some programming that made them a little more likely to go against their usual sexual orientation too, since so many people experiment in college.

Veronaville must have so much drama with ACR.

Yeah, Veronaville is insane with ACR. But in a good way, of course. I don't turn free will off either so I have myself to blame for everything. (Although one of my favourite aspects is the sex-without-love thing which means less fights and dramaqueens. :)) One of the funniest things that just happened was Romeo seducing Hermia while I looked away - I went through her memories later and went "oh? Oh!" It's appropriate to sleep with the sister if the girlfriend isn't putting out, right?

He's just so darn classy.

Do you still get the Maxis jealousy for those who are in love/committed/married? I seem to be having trouble with that in my game. Am I missing an add-on or something?

Romeo sleeping with Juliet's sister is priceless. :D No wonder he has such a bad reputation in Veronaville.

I get the jealousy, yeah. But you can turn it off via ACR - the options are "normal Maxis" and "none on lot", if I remember correctly. The loveless woohoo in my game is more a product of the free will causing them to act on their attraction even without being in love and the no instant love hack. The latter caused OH SO MANY rejected woohoos for poor Romeo. Because family sims save themselves or something. :)

Yeah, I have the loveless woohoo thing working fine, but the jealousy for those in love seemed missing. I'll check that setting the next time I play. Thanks for the tip!

So family sims are more likely to reject a woohoo advance with someone they aren't in love with? Very interesting...

Yeah, Family Sims have to have higher relationships with the intended woohooer than other Sims- I guess TJ thought they would be prudes compared to Pop and Knowledge?

I don't really get the whole family sims = prudes thing. Those things don't have to go hand in hand. I mean... I'M in a committed relationship and I'M not a prude. :P

Knowledge sims should be the prudes, if anything. It's like the stereotype for the bookish nerds to be less adept at and inclined towards romance.

It does make sense with the way Maxis set them up, though... and it's nice to have difference between the aspirations.

Yeah me neither. I'm kind of a prude, and I consider myself a Fortune Sim.

I agree, it seems like Family Sims would be more inclined to sleep around, anything to get that coveted baby they crave so badly.

Well, when I play the Fortune sims are the real prudes. My Fortune sims never seem to have the interest/energy to flirt or chase people like that. All they want is to go to work, buy expensive furniture and get their kids into private school. No time for woohoo.

Family sims are only worried about getting caught cheating, after all. :P
