Extras: Did Wes Anderson Design Vidcund?

That was the question my SO asked when he saw me working with this pic of Vidcund:

I have to admit he has a point. Actually, his first question was "Is that Owen Wilson?" :P As you can see, I've gone with a  version of the Vidcund styling that's much closer to the original, and he really does look like he'd fit right in with the nerdy oddballs in one of Wes Anderson's movies. It's the glasses, I'm thinking. They're always piled high with offbeat and often ridiculous accessories. And on that note, any fellow fans of Mr. Anderson (Though he sort of lost me at The Life Aquatic. It's been all downhill from there) will appreciate this video of his version of the Spiderman movie, if you haven't already seen it. I nearly died laughing, for real.

And if you choose to take this as a hint about what I might be working on, then fair enough. ;) I intend to do some sim storytelling with my long weekend. And playing, lots of playing.

Wow, Vidcund usually does nothing for me but he looks cute with that hair and his original glasses/goatee. The original long hair was hiding his nice cheekbones.

I can't wait for more storytelling, yay!

I still haven't seen Fantastic Mr. Fox, I've heard good things from reliable friends :P I would have loved seeing his Spiderman movie though - great video :D
