And now for something a little different. ;) I've been considering this prompt for ages, and here it is, complete with images! This is for anyone who wants to see more of the Strangetown children.








First Strangetown, then the world.

It's very simple, really. We already own this town, pretty much. From here, we build our network, we plan our attack. We take over. There's nothing we can't do.

We're proud people from proud families. Good families, with history, fame, wealth. The world is ours.

...

But what's this?

Someone is in our garden!




She's small and quick and green.

Green?




She's one of them.

"That isn't yours. You don't belong here."

"So?"

So.

So?

So?!

She said, "so," just like that, like she didn't even care. Such defiance!




This is going to complicate my plans.

Heheh. I'm really liking the sort of Johnny vs. Tank dynamic they have, since Loki and Pascal "hated each other's guts" so to speak. :P They were destined to come into conflict like this.

But on a slightly more serious note, I love this. It's adorable and a little intriguing. Vali may only be a child, but you can already see a lot of Circe in him; that's scary. D: It'll be interesting to see where that goes!

Oh, and I think being raised by Circe as a single parent would have to have some impact on a child. There's always the chance he'll rebel, though, I suppose.

Mint and Vali are actually a lot alike in certain ways, especially where personality is concerned. It'll be interesting to see what happens when they hit the teen years.

Thank you. I love writing little snippets, and it helps to keep me creative during busy times and in the face of writer's block.

Luckily, I'm feeling more creative lately, so I hope it holds out. I want to update and move ahead with the story. There's so much story I still want to tell!

It's kinda cute the way he thinks he can take over the world just with a snap of his fingers. When Loki died and Circe got to live so she could have her kid everone was saying he could turn out good and completely reject his upbringing. Oh well, there's still time.
