By default, they have the original Maxis eyes, which did not please me at all the first time I had Ripp initialize her (the eyes are the one default thing I simply cannot stand), so I went searching.
I considered making my replacements into Servo eyes, but changing the Servo's appearance was really complicated, and I like these really cartoony ones better anyway. It's a robot, so I don't think it should have realistic eyes.
Oooh, I like them. I looked up the normal eyes on google image search, these ones are WAY better. Thanks! *snags*
Also, the closeup on that page... I never realised the servo lipstick was drawn on with crayon like that. That's funny, and makes it a little less terrible, I think (not a fan of the whole 'how to make something non-gendered look female? PUT MAKEUP AND PINK STUFF ON IT!').
I'm not into the default ones at all. These are much better, in my opinion. Spread the word. If I never see the originals again, I will be happy.
Yeah, it's a really bad crayon job. I'm with you on the gender thing, and I don't really see a need for Servos to have genders (though I'm sure the idea of a non-gendered creature woohooing with a sim would bother some sensibilities, so I see why they did it).
I do find the female Servos quite funny for that reason, though, and it's a bit of an opportunity to play around with the idea of gender. Tits also has Ripp's brain, who is a male. It's interesting to think about.
