This chapter was an interesting one for examining character, since it really is just one day from dawn to, well, the middle of the night. Within that circle of family and friends, I made my way to nearly every single relationship, so it was really interesting to do. I wrote most of it ages ago, all in one feverish "go". I think this chapter really helped me to cement some of the characters, and their destinies, a bit better.
I'm glad you liked Tank's scene in the bathroom. I really feel for him there. He deals with his grief in private, just like someone else used to.
I am so pleased that you think the hair is appropriate! :) Again, I do put a lot of thought into it (more than a sane person probably would). I do try to make it fit the personality. I also tried to keep it as a logical transition from the original hairstyles that Maxis gave them.
As for Ripp's hair... I'm not sure if I'll make the switch to CC hair, and I don't know if he'd ever bother to put it up like that, since he's a lazy slob (though I do like Nouk's hair quite a bit, and I'll probably be using it on a number of born-in sims). Remember that Ripp did have a specific reason for not cutting his hair. We'll have to see how long he continues to grow it.
