Update to Story Directory

I have updated my story directory to include the latest chapter and some other bits and pieces that were missing (mostly in story extras). I will continue to make some minor adjustments to that page, as some descriptions need to be added or changed slightly, etc. If you've noticed any significant ommisions from that page, or any other problems with links not working or anything of that nature, please let me know and I will fix it.
