The Sims 3 has been delayed until August because I am not even close to being mentally ready for it yet. I'm just that important. *snicker* The ego has landed.

Seriously, though, this wouldn't bother me in the least, and I think they should delay it to fix their countless, countless bugs, if they do exist (and, let's face it, they most likely do). However, I do feel bad for people who were getting really excited about it, and even pre-ordered it. *consoles cindyanne1* There, there. It will be okay.

I wonder if it's true? Seems likely to me. They delayed Spore for ages, didn't they?

Oh, but you do that with ghosts now, remember. There's probably some borked coding, and you can ONLY reproduce with ghost. That would be funny (crappy, yes, but funny).

Also, while the concept of ghost babies is cute (if somewhat bizarre), I'm gonna be sad if there's no alien babies. :(

I know. Can't they add the ghost baby thing and keep the aliens babies? People obviously like them.

I'm hoping the theory of an all sci fi/fantasy/supernatural EP is what they're actually planning. That would be very cool.

Oh, yes, that would be very cool. And then all the people who are now whining about 'but I don't WANT supernatural stuff!!! It's the work of Satan/not realistic/etc!!' could just shut up and not buy the EP.
