IIIII have been following this story for a while (and am far too lazy to get an LJ account, my bad XDD) and I adore it and you in a totally creepy-but-endearing-I-hope way. Phi's skirt is a Sentate creation, found here at MTS2. That texture comes from one of the bohemian-type outifts that came with FT. It works much better as a skirt than a dress, if you ask me.
