Download: The Veronaville Llama
This one's been a long time coming, despite the fact that it's been sitting in my downloads folder forever. I really have no good excuse for not sharing it before now, besides having the attention span of a goldfish. :P
The Veronaville Llama was created in response to Patrizio Monty's sim bio, which describes the Monty property as a llama ranch. Disappointed by the lack of actual llamas to populate this ranch, I decided to attempt my own version. The result is a cheerful breed of llama, known more for their suitability for the heat of East Veronaville than their intelligence (really, they're a little dim-witted at the best of times). They have a wonderful coat, which makes a fibre that keeps you "warm in the Winter, yet cool in the Summer." They're a friendly breed, and are good with children, not unlike a dog. ;)

Feel free to develop your own breeds of llamas from my breeding stock. My game really couldn't have enough llamas. It's the official animal of the sim nations!

It just occured to me that it'd be really funny to have some of these as strays! (If only there were a way to limit them to Veronaville...)

Thank you! I'm going to use these a lot in my game :)
(Actually, I've been reading the Sims Wikia lately for my new entry and I was surprised by the supposed connection between Riverblossom Hills and "Old Town" in the Sims 1 Games. They even imply that the Goths were originally from RH and then moved to Sunset Town/Pleasantview. Perhaps that's why there is a Goth clone family in there?)

If I was designing the pets EP for Sims 3, it'd definitely be having llamas instead of horses.

My mom got to see a baby llama being born. She tells me about it frequently and I just burn with jealousy.

I'd be jealous, too. ^_^ Sounds like it would have been adorable. I get to see young alpacas at a farm nearby, and they're just precious.

Do you mind if these show up in a story? I just got a wicked idea, a la Gaspode the Wonder Dog...
