Strangetown extras: The creation of Lyla Grunt

I decided that I wanted to actually show Lyla Grunt in the next Strangetown chapter, and since I'm not about to mess around with the one in Olive's cemetery, I created my own version in CAS. Also, judging from what I've seen with the ghost Lyla, she doesn't exactly measure up genetically, so I took some liberties. I created her from extracted versions of Ripp and Buck. Since Tank resembles Buzz so much, that seemed to make the most sense. I already mentioned that Ripp has her eyes, so I was sure to keep that accurate too. Anyway, I got so excited with the results, that I thought I'd give a little sneak peek.

Here's Lyla with toddler Buck. He's so cute I could eat him! (Isn't it scary when people talk about eating babies? Yet everyone does it!) I made my own nose for Lyla, but everything else came from Buck or Ripp, and mostly Buck, I think (all of her cheek, chin, and lip area is Buck's, and the eyebrows might be Ripp's. The boys all have pretty similar eyebrows anyway).

I think that Lyla turned out quite pretty. It bodes well for any future daughters that Ripp or Buck may have.

Awww. Ripp is Mom's boy, of course. Now that Lyla has a face, it's even sadder for me.

This one is just so you can see her from a frontal view.

And one more of lazy little Ripp, because I just love him! What a little punk. The first thing he did when I dropped him on the lot was rush to the television too. He's so predictable.

Lyla is beautiful.
She's not exactly heavy, but she has a little meat on her bones.
I like that. It makes her seem more real, more down-to-earth to me, very motherly & lovely.

The pictures of her with Ripp & Buck are very sweet. Did Tank really not inherit anything from her at all? :/ That's kinda sad, but I do like the idea that Ripp & Buck take after her so much, while Tank's really is his father's son, even in appearance.

Poor Elise! She's got a lot to live up to.
