Strangetown extras: Buck wants to do something that rhymes with Buck

I dropped in to check on Jill and Buck today, and was very amused by what I found.

Those Grunt boys are such horndogs. :P

I shouldn't be surprised, since they are triple bolters, but Buck is a family/fortune sim, and this woohoo want is very unspecific. He just wants to do it... doesn't matter if it's with Jill or not (though she looks game, doesn't she? *snort*).

Notice also that Buck is a giant teacher's pet, and has a better relationship with his prof than with Ripp right now. What a nerd.

Just wanted to share my amusement.

Family sims are supposed to be the opposite to romance sims, right? Well, I believe that they have more in common than it seems. My best sim couples have been family/romance sims :P.

As you know, I have ACR in my game. And I'm also playing a lot with 11 sims, so I can't pay attention to them all the time. But seriously, everytime I'm looking for either Rose Mary or Buck, they are doing it. In the sofa, in the bed, in the hot-tub. And it is HE the one who starts the interaction all the time, despite being shy and serious. You have no idea how much that makes me laugh. And they have just ONE bolt of attraction!

(well, except for the times I have to use the "next day pill" function on Rose Mary, because she gets pregnant all the freaking time).

Yeah, those Grunts are a bunch of horndogs :D. I can't imagine how would your sims behave if you had ACR or Inteent! O_o

In my experience, family sims can be really woohoo-minded, but they usually roll wants focusing on their partner, starting with flirt and progressing to "woohoo with whoever".

I'm amused by your randy Buck. :P Always with the "try for baby" too, I see. I think Buck is just meant to be a family sim, don't you? What did you give him for a secondary aspiration?

I'm so tempted to try ACR just for the comedy it would create. I have a lot of triple bolters now.

Before my Neighborhood exploded, I gave him the "Pleasure" secondary aspiration because storywise he'd have some sort of breakdown and decide he's sick of leaving aside his own wants and needs for the sake of others (his dad and his wife), so he's enjoy life from now on. Plus some of the Pleasure perks suited his culinary career path (like writing the restaurant reviews).

But now, I'm really not sure. I've not used his aspiration reward points yet, but because he's having a mental meltdown pretty soon (storywise), he will seek a radical change in his life. So, I'll just roll the dice (legacy style) and see what he gets :P. I think I'll have a laughing fit if he gets the romance one!

Oh, ACR is the source of much comedy (and many headache) in my game. The only three bolters I had (Ripp and Helena) were almost annoying once the ACR bug bit them. Yikes! :D
