Request for simselves

Yeah, I know I said I was taking a break (I'm pretty bad at this, aren't I?), but I just thought of a fun little sim project to amuse myself with while I get away from my story for a while, and I'm here to request some simselves for use in this experiment.

I've been really into Open For Business lately, and I want to attempt to achieve that "have 5 top level businesses" LTW, while I'm learning all about the perks and all that. So my plan is to get Ms. Strange Tomato a nice little tomato garden and start selling the produce in her very own farmer's market, and then maybe branch out into opening an art gallery, coffee shop, or one of the many other pipe dream business ideas I've thought up over the years.

What I need now are workers. That could be you. I'm looking for seven diverse simselves to offer me their talents. You can even specify a particular skill they should have (only one), to get us started. I'll also need the stats and dual aspiration for them. I'll do a little report on how it all goes after I've had some time to play around with it. Don't worry. I'll be kind to them.

Any takers?

Aha, I've tried doing a farmer's market sort of business before, but I was a bit disappointed because the whole idea behind it was to have all plantsim employees who could be assigned to talk to the plants. As I recall, that wasn't something I could make them do, so I got discouraged. This project of yours sounds fun, though! I'd love to help out, of course to do that, I'd have to go back home and fix up my selfsim and everything and then bring her to anywhere with internet again, because I don't have it at home right now. But you probably don't need me, anyway :)

Oh, I will definitely add you, if you worked it out. Let me know, okay? :)

I hate how the EPs aren't compatible like that. I'll have to see how it all goes. This is a big OFB experiment. It should be fun.

Okay! I think I've got it. http://www.esnips.com/doc/3ad136d4-0013-40ef-8df7-5229410a5ef6/selfsim_hathakleen

She can go by the name of... er.. Katie Marvel. She's primarily a family sim, but her second aspiration can be pleasure. Her main skill is creativity, and her personality is as follows:

Neat - 8
Shy - 0
Lazy - 4
Playful/Serious - 5
Nice - 7

Not that it really matters, but it'd be cool for her to be a Libra, because so am I.
I tried for no CC except for a recolour of a maxis shirt, but to be honest, I don't know if it worked (specifically with her skintone and eyes), so she maaay need a bit of tweaking to get her to your liking.
To make it easier to find her in what is, no doubt, your sea of premade sims, I shall provide you with a brief description!

She's got the lightest skintone, blond hair, green eyes, and is wearing jeans and a plum-coloured shirt underneath a short grey jacket.

I hope she'll come in handy for something! I'm pretty excited for her to be involved, unless you've got too many sims running around and she doesn't make it out in the open.

(Sorry for filling up the comment area, I was doing something wrong when I thought I was doing it right and now I can't delete my other comments) Here are my selfsim's turn-ons and turn-offs.

Turn-ons: brown hair, creativity
Turn-off: stink

Thanks! That's great.

(It seems like you were able to delete those comments, after.)

Hey, I was installing the last of the simselves (I haven't been working on my business since the last post) and when I opened your packaged file, it only contained clothing. You might need to repackage it and send it again, I think.
