Strangetown Extras: Jaxy Rai's sexy pinup calendar + the man without a chin
This is mostly for
madame_ugly, who demanded a closeup of Jaxy's calendar (boy, are you ever demanding *snicker*).

Those short shorts are pretty hot. I like that the chick seems to be tinkering with that that old piece of junk (or at least pretending to), instead of just posing on the hood of a car.
Jaxy is autonomously viewing the calendar in this shot, which she does frequently. Each time, she claps her hands in approval. I find it so weird when sims do things like that to stay in character.
The calendar is part of the Days of the Week - Calendar Pack by Fantasyrogue on MTS2. Other themes include cute toddlers, sim pets, cars, and nature. The text is in simlish too, which is a bonus. My only complaint is that the colours are a little bright. The white of this calendar is nearly blinding, and it sticks out from its surroundings a little.
I also mentioned making a Gunnar icon. I took a photo to showcase his handsome profile. What do you think?

Nice. He really does have NO CHIN.
I should feel bad for picking on poor Gunnar, but I don't, really.
Gunnar did move out, because he graduated, making him the first LFT student to move out of that campus where time stands still, or close to it. I know you want to know what you transitioned into, so here it is...

*cue laugher*
Oh, Kitchen and Bath, how you have enriched my game.
He's the one who is painting all the Grilled Cheese paintings, by the way. I gave him that as a secondary aspiration, in an attempt to make him more appealing to play, and the paintings were a novelty, so it sort of worked.
I was hoping to post part 3 tonight, but I'm not quite happy with all of the pics, and I'm dead tired. I'll catch up on my comments and post the final section of chapter 24 tomorrow evening.

I've been enjoying Bon Voyage. I just recently downloaded a mod that unlocks the sauna towels for use outside the sauna. Now I have robes AND towels. Yes, MOAR near nudity. I like it.

There are a lot of nice objects in BV, and pretty much everything can be taken out of its vacation context, so you can have a sauna attached to your house, if you can afford it and you have enough space. It would be nice to have a home sauna, and I can see giving some sims a massage table for their homes too.

I fell in LOVE with the tea service and the camera. I will be abusing the HELL out of that camera- it'll be so much easier than unlocking all the rewards or going through the art career. ^__^

I agree. The tea service and camera are great. I have a lot of love for the hammock too, and the hot springs. Lots of nice stuff in that EP. clothing and hair were a big let-down though. It looks fine for dorky tourists, but all that clothing is pretty useless for other sims. I'm liking the jewelry too. I'll probably give some of my characters some jewelry soon. Watches for the punctual ones, at least.
