One of these things just doesn't belong here...

 Four of these things belong together. Four of these things are kind of the same. Can you guess which one of these doesn't belong here? Now it's time to play our game. It's time to play our game!

This is the same sim at different ages. Can you spot the inconsistency?

Also, can anyone explain this? Is it a flaw in the template design? That's what I'm guessing.

The fixes do unfortunately not fix sims that are already in existance, only new sims generated from those templates. A sim's appearence through all lifestages seem to be saved in their genetics, including the results of the template fail. It's passed on to their children and will appear in body shop/CAS if you create a clone of them, too. This is actually a good way of finding borked sims without messing around ingame - clone and check out the other lifestages in body shop.

The fixes are still really useful for all those new townies and stuff, though. <3 I'd go look but MATY doesn't respond at the moment.
