How do I get plantsims to wilt?

Okay, this might be a very stupid question, but I'm hoping someone on my flist will know a little more about plantsims than I do. To get the wilt skin state, they have to reach 0 in their water meter, right? Are there any other factors?

Does anyone know of any hack conflicts that would prevent the wilt state from happening? Or maybe something that I could use to force the wilt state? I can't seem to dry those poor darlings up!

It their water level is the only thing that affect wilt (and I think it does), couldn't you just drop their water level using inSim (just drag down the slider)?

do you by chance have the plantsim hack that lets you change their hair to normal hair? i googled and found someone others complaining about not being able to wilt their plantsims and one person said they had that hair hack.

I only got a plantsim to wilt by having it near death. I was really worried for Rose Greenman when I was taking pics for my skin default replacements.

Mine only wilted when all three of their needs were below 50%. Hope this helps!!

This might be a very dumb answer,(and you've probably tried this anyway) but have you tried to deny them sunlight? After a while, they'll pass out cold. Not sure if that's the 'wilt' action that you're looking for, but it's hopefully a step in the right direction.
