Prosperity Challenge: Life is just better in Llama Spit Cove.
Just in case you're curious to see all of the residents of my prosperity challenge neighbourhood, here is a little sneak preview. These are the original loading screen images, from when I moved them all in.

Davenport

Wolfe

Cole

Lamb

Fisher

Snow
The parents in the Wolfe and Cole families were immediately aged to elder when they hit the ground, since I wanted to do it that way instead of having a placeholder. Sure, it's an interesting backstory to have a dead parent, but I liked the idea of aging parents better, so that's how I handled that. That gives us four single elders in town, two single adults, and two married couples. Not to mention all of those children. I was going to post names and stats, but I will do some profiles later. For now, feel free to speculate as much as you like.
The name of the community is in the proud tradition of oddly named places in Newfoundland, which is where I live. Places like Conception Bay, Random Island, Herring Neck, Muddy Hole, Tickle Cove, Jerry's Nose, and Dildo (I kid you not). Check them all out here, if you don't believe me. You can't even make this stuff up.
I'm really looking forward to doing this challenge!

You didn't get any teen lead households?
I did the same thing as you for elders with children/toddlers. I made them adult then aged them right away, so technically they are the parent. (I killed the placeholder for the teen household, though).
You did roll a ton of kidlets. That'll be fun for you come college time.

No, I didn't, and I was really hoping for it. The last time I tried this, I rolled a house with a teen, child, and toddler, and it was very challenging (you have to keep hiring a nanny to keep social services away). I was hoping to have some orphans here too, but it didn't work out that way.
I got that idea from you. I wanted the elders to be the parents in those cases. I already had a couple of families with grandparents, so I wanted it to be a bit different.
I know! I look forward to that. I like playing them through college. Some of the teens have met and are forming relationships, but I want to see how they all get along.
