Just a little murmur. Nothing much.
My new modem finally arrived today, so I'm back online. It's not like I would've had much time for the internet anyway this past week, even if we did have access. Moving is tough, and a lot of work. I mentioned that we were cleaning everything (because it was left passable, at best, by the former owners), and last night we finally gave the "lobster fridge" (so named for its ridiculous excess of sections and removable parts) a good scrub. It took hours. I'm not joking. Hours with a toothbrush. My next fridge will definitely not be secondhand, or have that many needless features.
So, yeah... I'll probably continue to be busy for the next little while, but I'm hoping to get something story-related posted before too long. I had a little thing that I might post as a little half chapter, if I get a chance to take some pics for it. We'll see.

This is what my Frances looks like in another hood. I'm quite fond of the glasses on him.

Frances looks amazing. I love that hair on him, and the glasses make him look so precious. Your icon is delicious as well.

Frances makes the best worry/stress faces. If I had enough room, I'd probably have a million icons of him (I only have three or four spaces left for icons. It makes me sad).
I'm pretty sure Frances will eventually have these glasses in S,HWC too. I've been thinking of doing it for a while.

I know! He's so cute. It's the sad eyes and the thick eyebrows.
He'll look great either way. :D

I'm also glad the move went well and you're settling in. I don't remember if I've said congratulations yet, but, well, congrats! It must be very exciting to own your own place. :D

Moving into a new place is a lot of work, indeed! I was exhausted after working on my tiny apartment, so I can't imagine what it is to work on a house!
I'm glad everything is going on smoothly (despite the toothbrush ordeal with your fridge, yikes!). Soon you'll be enjoying your own place as you both deserve it.
Frances looks adorable with that look. Those glasses are cute!

We moved about 5.5 years ago, from a larger place to a smaller one, so we've still got stuff in boxes, which mostly got buried. Hubby gets frustrated and starts chucking things out, I'll just close my eyes because I don't want to know what it was, all the while hoping it's not the sentimental family items.

"Lobster fridge"? LMAO, that so made my day. And I'm going to need that in order to finish my psychology paper.

Frances is so very adorable with those glasses and sweater. Because of S,HWC, I've taken to giving Frances some love in my game. He does make the best stress faces <3

Moving is indeed a lot of work! When we move two years ago it took a month before we got rid of the boxes :P The good thing about unpacking though is that every unpacked box (usually) makes it a bit more like your real home :) Good luck!
