Sims 3: Story progression is... "interesting."

Ummm, so what happened to my Bella?

And yes, that is a wrench in her hand. Obviously.

Mortimer finds it all very amusing. (I find his outfit very amusing.)

Story Progression mutilated her and it`s probably impossible to have her back to "normal"

You mean that if a sim gains weight while you're not playing with it, you can't get it back to their original one later? Not even if you play their lot and make it workout? That's stupid!

Yep, that`s what I learned at MATY. The game randomly chooses a currently uncontrollable sim to do damage to, which includes body modification (changing a thin sim to a fat one and vice versa), pathogenesis, deletion (death), being fired or merging with other households without any explanation.

And, yep, it`s very stupid. Story progression is a pretty cool idea but, as usual, EA messed up big time in the execution.

Also, you might make her thinner by making her work out but as her original body size has been changed she`ll revert back to it in no time.

Ugh, that happened to one of my sims. I have to make her work out every other day or else she keeps going back to this huge body size. I was wondering why that kept happening.
