Nervous and Phi definitely CAN have bolts, since they are both family sims. That gives them a significant boost to chemistry. I'll have to check with Ophelia's relationship panel, since Nervous has bolts for nobody right now. I haven't interacted him with girls (or guys, but he comes slightly interested in them anyway), so it wouldn't show on his panel.

In previous versions of Strangetown that I have played, they did a little heart shooting for each other, so it's likely. I really hope not. Not for this story, anyway. I remember yours. It was really funny. And really, it could happen... it's happened before (and you can always argue that Nervous is probably not even all that related to her, having been developed in a barren womb - Olive was an elder when she had him).

On a similar note, Pascal has one bolt for Lola. *sigh* Is there anything I can do to fix this?
