I read somewhere that Pascal is "programmed" to fall in love easily (pretty much with the first sim he flirts with). I've never tested this theory, but it seems plausible.

You can edit memories (using simPE) but I've never been overly concerned about it. Yeah, supposedly littering up their memories is bad but there's already so much "so and so got good grades" spam in there, a few "oops, I fell out of love" isn't really a big deal (to me). I'd say check MATY. That's where I read about fiddling with memories. (it is kind of annoying that they gossip about breakups that, in the story, never really happened--but it does get some fun faces in gossip bubbles).
