Okay, back to responding... I would have done this last night, but sometimes you just have to sleep. Thanks for all the comments!
Johnny does tend to be a bit extreme. And he also didn't know anything about Ripp and Tank's reconciliation. In fact, his shock at discovering that Ripp had even spoke with Tank may have contributed to that outburst. You're right about the severity of what Tank did, and Johnny doesn't take kindly to anyone hurting the people close to him. Johnny's also just a bit of a bully. Tank is too, but a lot of the things that happened when they were teens were due to something that Johnny did (like at the party).
Tank does deserve pity. He's dealing with some serious hardships, and he made some mistakes. So did Ripp. They're really struggling with the situation, and they aren't always making the best choices.
Trying not to swear in front of people is funny. I have a switch inside me that flips if I'm anywhere near a relative. I don't swear excessively anyway, but it depends on who I'm around.
Yes, what will Johnny do? It's nice that you like either option, so you should be happy... unless he manages to end up with neither. Had you thought of that? *grin*
Ripp rarely intends to cause chaos or harm, but his careless actions bring him into situations that he might have been able to predict if he had bothered to think it through. His emotions and his body usually have the upper hand over his mind. As for Jill, Johnny might not technically have any say in the matter, but that doesn't mean he doesn't think that he does. Does it seem like Johnny sits by and lets things happen if he doesn't want them to?
That has come up before, and we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. It would make sense that it's the same for Jill, right? But is it? She's already insecure about her status as an alien sim. How would she feel if Johnny was considered special and not her?
Yes, Tank just steps into his father's shoes quite naturally (they're the same size, afterall), and his brothers don't seem to resist it. They probably take some comfort from having Buzz "return" in the form of Tank, and telling Elise that they will be fine on their own. They didn't discuss it much, but they will look after each other.
I'm really not sure how much of this investigation I might delve into. I'm really not interested in bringing a lot of it into focus, but I may show some of the questioning of those under suspicion. Maybe. The investigation might meet with the same dead end that all of the investigations into Olive's other victims did, but this one does involve the military too, so it's probably going to have other effects.
Actually, the next update won't be large in size, but yes, it will be big in terms of events. It's really only going to be about what happens when Olive goes to kill the Beakers, so it's only the length of one evening. As for who will live and who will die, I will answer those questions soon. But there will be some death at that party. Even Death himself will be there.
Yes, Olive has no eyebrows. It adds to her creepiness, doesn't it?
