I'm very much a night person too, but it doesn't work very well with having a job to go to at 8 in the morning. :( I generally need around 8 hours of sleep but often only get 6 or 7. Oh well.
We usually read together, since we're at the computer together a lot. We're terrible, terrible nerds, you see. I'm definitely the worst Sims addict, though, but I've converted my SO pretty well, I think. We have a legacy going together at the moment (AGAIN). My new story and the playing that goes into it is 98% mine, though. At least your SO doesn't hate the game, which I've heard a few stories about too.
Weird coincidences like that are cool. I know what you mean, stuff like that happens to me sometimes too, though I can't think of a specific example at the moment.
November Rain is a pretty awesome song, by the way. The lyrics and angst is pretty ridiculous, but in a good way, and Slash's guitar solos are just win. I've listened to it more than once today (I was bored at work).
Everyone else has asked about Johnny and PT9, I'm wondering where Bella is too, though. I figured out Ophelia's pregnancy too, the real question is WHO'S THE FATHER? :o But I don't think you'll answer that. ;) Seeing an update from you again made my night, I've missed your story. It's very inspiring, you know.
I need to find a use for that plant too...
My first Beau was gay, too, but in my current 'hood/story (in which he's a very minor character anyway), I think he'll be straight, just to be contrary. :p I'm very conflicted with gay sim couples - I do love them a lot, they're very cute, especially in other people's stories! But I also love breeding pretty much all my sims and see what their offspring will look like, and gay sims make that pretty hard! Maybe I should get that pregnancy for all hack, but it seems a bit too unrealistic. :p
Funny that you put Tank in that shirt, I've done that twice now, too. It suits him well.
