Update re: breeding Bigfoot! With the Tombstone of Life and Death I was able to successfully impregnate another Sim with his spawn. I had her have quads. The only oddity is that all the children (four girls) came out with exactly the same face as their mom. However, this could be purely random.
But yeah, the L&D Tombstone works just foine.
