Strangetown Extras: Ripp is always up in Johnny's personal space

I've decided to make the switch to my new edited Phobia eyes as defaults right now instead of waiting, and use them in the upcoming chapter, even though this means I will lose some of the perfectly good shots I had already taken. There weren't too many of them, and it will be far easier to just make a clean switch now, so I'm not going to worry about it. The images I really wanted to use involved sims with their eyes closed anyway. ;)

While I was clearing out the old photos, I came across this little gem. I think it would have ended up in the outtakes, if I ever got around to doing another set. (Maybe I'll try doing them per chapter... that might be more manageable.)

Ripp: Hey, John. What's happenin'?

Johnny: What does it look like?

Ripp: Having fun?

John: GET OUT!

Ripp: What you readin'?

Johnny: Why are you STILL HERE?!

Ripp: *coughs* That's quite an aroma you've got going there.

Johnny: *plans Ripp's demise*

He was seriously standing there the whole time Johnny was on the can. :P

It's totally okay in my family if you're pressed for time, and one person is in the shower, but generally... it's too be avoided. For crapping, that is (peeing is fine all the time).

Yeah, I'm a creepy bathroom sharer, but I draw the line at No. 2.

That's how my family is too. It sucks when you have one bathroom and all of the people are getting ready to go somewhere at the same time.

I'm ok if you have to have a wee while someone is showering. But ONLY if there is some kind of buffer.

With my parents, one will go in to wee while the other is brushing their teeth.

NASTY!

I don't even want my cats in the bathroom while I'm having a dump. (hell, sometimes I don't even want to be in the room with myself!)

my cat thinks my bathroom time is her time to play with me. it matters not what I am doing in there at the time. It never bothers me. But let a human come near when I am even weeing and I get all nervous. I gotta be alone but for my cat for it. She even plays with me when I am in the bathtub. She loves the taste of my bathwater (gross).

I'm convinced it's part of the Sekrit Cat Code that they have to monitor our bathroom habits.

Oh, most definitely!
I used to have a cat that would yowl at the door if someone had the nerve to go in and shut the door without letting her in.
I just gave up and left the door open a bit so she could join me. :P

Every cat I've had insists on joining me in the bathroom, usually to twine around my legs or just sit there and stare. Cats have innate staring rays too. Sometimes when I'm in the shower (of course I leave the door cracked) my cat sits there and meows all concerned for me.

It's like they know you are getting all wet in there and it is a matter for concern.

[identity profile] tanathir.livejournal.com 2008-12-04 05:54 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, it's a cause for grave kitty concern.

I don't mind someone peeing while I shower as long as they don't flush! I can do without the sudden blast of scalding hot water, thank-you. I think my ex did that once. He'd just woken up so he really wasn't all the way awake yet and just did it by force of habit.
