Nope, this is an actual teaser stored away for a future update (a few updates away, though), and they aren't in Strangetown or LFT for this shot. It wasn't meant to be lewd, but it could easily be pushed in that direction, so why not?

I'm glad you have the ability to laugh at this all. I don't think I'd be doing so well if I was in your position.

I'm guessing it's at Bluewater village then. It's rather a sweet shot. Very loving and not particularly sexual..

Well, I was already serious, right? So why not... (and it's easier when you get a bit of distance and perspective, which I'll keep in mind in the future).

It's not there either. They're actually on a break from school, so they're on a trip.

I really liked how that shot came together. They do look very happy.
