I had several people I respect quite a bit recommend your story to me, so after I finished the Broke Legacy, I decided to give it a shot. I had planned on reading the whole thing and then commenting on the most recent story, but this one punched me in the gut and I just have to comment now. So much about this story has been heartwrenching so far. Nervous' situation, the strife in the Grunt Household, Ophelia's quiet anguish. It's been built up so masterfully, that upon reading this chapter, I cried. Seeing that picture of Tank staring in the mirror at his own reflection wearing Buzz's make-up, I actually started crying.
And then there was Riff's talk with Ophelia. Holy crap. This is amazingly well done. Amazingly well done.
