He's had quite a few conquests in the woo-hoo/romance department, right? I've noticed that successful romance sims get sluttier the more successful they are. But the nice/outgoing/playful definitely helps (I have a rather crabby romance sim in Nocheat who will turn people down but another romance sim--who has a love cult--struts around and accepts EVERY interaction).
