The real deal breaker for me is a male sim with no chin. I just don't find that attractive. Gunnar Rogue, I'm looking at you. Oh, and let's not forget Ajay Loner in that discussion either. Yeah, I suppose that I can concede that he's "hot" in general (though he's never done anything for me), but his lack of a chin really bothers me. Luckily, Strangetown has plenty of good prominent chins.
