Yes, that's her dress. That's the dress she has on her memories, at least the one she shows when the kids dream or write about her on their diaries. (I have a few pictures, but no idea how to link them here, if possible at all). Also the dress she has if you attempt cloning/resurrecting her. I have notice her ghost has another outfit on Olive's yard, but so have Ophelia's parents. I don't know why, tho.
I really thought for a second, 'maaan! she only needs the hair tied up to look 'just' like Lyla!, the kids are going to be soooo pissed!'
