I've been doing some creative posing for an image in an upcoming post (as mentioned in my recent post to simstorytellers), and I must be doing something right, because I got censored by photobucket. Heheh. Racy.

Considering that this photo does not contain any "real" sim nudity at all (in fact, they're still wearing underwear), I take that as a compliment.

I've never had a pic censored in the 14 months I've been posting my story. Then again, I'm a very "vanilla" storyteller whose face would turn as red as a tomato if I ever wrote an explicit sex scene.

But yup, to have something censored without showing boobs, butts (and with the Maxis skins which are pretty "Barbie") is surprising. Must mean the way you posed your sims was pretty realistic.

I hate when that happens, because they're SIMS! LOL. I just think Photobucket has better things to delete than game characters in questionable poses. Especially when there's no nudity, it's just the situation they reject. You know that has to be someone actually deciding that the shot is too risque to host. I think that's the embarrassing part, knowing someone prudish Photobucket drone decided you're a pervert.

Anyway, you can always upload that pic directly on LJ instead, right?

Sometimes I wonder how they decide what pics to pull. They pulled the one with a little bit of boobie in in yet, to the best of my knowledge, they left the one with the male streakers bare ass. As least it was up when last I looked.

Then again, I've read other people's legacy stories and they have sims with full frontal nudity! 0.0 Nothing to see, of course, but still!

Welcome to the club, lol! I love seeing what can get past Photobucket, lol!

But you know, I had one like that once that I could not see why it should have been censored (no explicit nudity or X-ratedness unless one had a dirty mind) so I resubmitted it and it didn't get censored again *shrug.* I think they have different people screen the pics or something and the second time they let it through. ;)

Now a few of mine I've had to host on http://www.freemyimageadult.com They are not as reliable as photobucket, but you can put pretty much anything on there. :P

I have a hypothesis on this censoring thing. Is your account private or open to all? Mine's private (meaning my pics aren't readily available to the whole pbucket community). I wonder if that's the key?

I had my first picture yanked from photobucket. It actually had naked sims, though. But you couldn't see anything xD
