Loki and Circe had two kids just like that in one of my games. They looked blatantly evil and had shit personalities to boot. BUT those two kids were actually triplets (trip/quad hack) and the third kid looked nothing like Loki (tan skin, red hair, Circe's face). He was also incredibly sweet and eventually became a fat old grandpa after marrying Jill Smith's kid.
