All I will say is that the faction of P.T.s that Stella is linked to (the two that abducted Johnny - No. 14 and No. 35) have something in mind, and they think that Johnny could be very helpful in their plan. It would still involve him breeding the next generation of hybrid aliens, but there's more to it than that.
