Yeah, Johnny and Ophelia both have blond hair and green eyes, so any children that they have will not surprise you! :) They're always green too, at least in any version of the game where the Strangetown genes are fixed (I think it always is if you have EPs after a certain point). Johnny genes are as if he was created in CAS, and genetically he's a full alien, at least where skin is concerned.
