Well, my Tank's getting some love finally. I got his relationship score up high enough with my Strangetown-transplanted Lilith Pleasant, and they are happily engaged and mooching off of Buzz and Lyla at least until the wedding. After that I'm considering moving them out... and possibly in with Ripp and River to (a)have a full time live-in sitter and (b)quickly get the funds to move them to the legacy house.
