The overlay looks pretty nice! I like how it looks on Rainelle (who has such an innocent, doll-like face that it is almost creepy that she's actually a dangerous creature).

I didn't know that alien vampires had regular red eyes, but considering that, what you have is an improvement by far. I also agree that the red alien phobia eyes would be perfect for a vampire, so I guess that could be fixed with contacts.
