No Autonomous Witch Spells Hack?

I've already posted about this on wcif_sims, but I thought I'd also post it here for anyone who isn't a member of that community. I'm looking for a hack that stops NPC witches from casting autonomous spells. More details can be found here.

It's not exactly what you're looking for, but I use TJ's Visitor Controller (http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=17.0) to ban NPC witches from owned community lots. It's a little clunky, since you have to manually set it on each community lot, but it keeps the roaches away.

Thank you! ^_^ That's something, anyway. It doesn't help the non-owned downtown lots, but it's more of an issue on the the business lots, anyway. This will save my sanity.
