Don't ask me to fully explain the expression, since I'm not originally from this town, but it roughly translates to mean "he's ugly". *snicker* (The expression is a bit of a French/English hybrid thing, I think.) I find him weirdly monkey-like and reptilian at the same time. He's got a distinctive look, no doubt, and I can't wait to see what the children might end up like.
