I'm pretty sure it came from TSR somewhere, but I don't know which creator off the top of my head. I can look into it for you.

The truly odd thing is that I have two different kinds of cow dolls. The other one has long spindly legs. :P I like this one better.

I just checked the game again and he's the Plush MooMoo by Windkeeper. The other, skinny guy is just called the CowMascot Teddy by SaNni. I recommend the first one. He's cuter.
