I think that Circe does have the "twin gene" that makes her have a higher chance of twins. I've seen it in other stories too. I was fully expecting that she might have twins, and I even had another name ready, just in case. Instead, I just have the one special little guy.

Ass baby: The phrase reminds me of that line from Office Space, where Michael Bolton calls his namesake a "no-talent ass clown". Yeah, and I don't really get the whole thing about calling them ass-babies either. Nobody calls the other kids vag-babies, do they? It's just seems kind of sad to me - like something the bullies at school would call the alien kids. (And sims don't give birth through anything, anyway. They just burst forth into existence. *snicker*)
