Just tattoo removal would be perfect (especially the belly tattoo--it looks extra horrible on fatty boys). I think a lot of people would like that recolor.

I tried to convert adult undies to elder undies (not using simPE) and it didn't work for me. I think my failing was using CUSTOM undies. I still want someone to take The Panties (see icon) and make them for elders. There have been a few attempts but no full successes.

I've never used simPE to do anything with content. And right now I'm technically using the wrong simPE, so it might not work at all anyway (yeah, I'm using seasons simPE even though I have teen stuff--doesn't matter for cloning and that but for object work it might no work).
