That might be a little too advanced for me, but I will give it a shot the next time I'm messing around with this. Removing the tattoos (and the socks from the kilt) should be easy enough, but I'm not sure I really understand how to edit the alpha to change the shirt (but again, maybe it isn't even all that hard to do).

I read about converting clothing from young adult to adult to elder with SimPE, and it sounded pretty easy, but then when I tried it, it didn't work. In the end, I just aged up the sim with InSIM for the photoshoot instead (the change room scene with R, J, and Z). I could probably try it again. There is a tutorial out there somewhere, and you might have better luck with it that I did (SimPE still confuses me).
