Thank you. The fact that it was a big bathroom helped me a lot there. I noticed the mirror reflection while I was taking one shot of them and then saw how great it was to just see a glimpse of them in it. For the teaser, you really don't know what's going on there, which is great.

Well, that's Ripp's insecurity peaking through yet again, isn't it? But yeah, he's just fixated on that sort of thing. *snicker* How could he deal with Johnny being better off than him in that area?

Jayne has always been a very driven character. We just haven't seen a whole lot of her. And she does have access to a potentially explosive piece of information on Ripp. That tension has always been there with Johnny, Ophelia, and Ripp (Johnny, in particular has been worried about Ripp before), but what if it were more out in the open? Obviously, for it to be useful to Jayne, she needs Johnny to become upset with Ophelia too and not just Ripp, so she has to be careful with how she plays that. And yes, Ripp has always been very attached to Ophelia. The fact that she's Johnny's girlfriend complicates that (and also makes her a "safe" target for him to desire, since he can't do anything about it, and thus cannot ultimately fuck it up). He does want to be with her, but he's afraid of committing himself too. That dream sequence where he married her sheds some light on how he really feels about it.

Those future family shots were fun to do, and a nice way to see how the children might look (and the result is pretty good either way). Uncle Ripp... yes, he could be like that, couldn't her? Like a no-good uncle. *snicker* It's also interesting that Johnny imagines that his future with Ophelia still has Ripp prominently featured in it. One way or another, he hopes that Ripp is still there.

Tank is difficult, isn't he? He's not a bad guy, underneath it all, but he has that way of thinking. Can you still be a "good guy" and make the wrong decisions? I'm sure you can. As for the aliens, they do have some legitimate reasons to fear them. But how far will Tank go to stop them? Would he be willing to hurt his neighbours? And was the General willing to do so? We don't know exactly what the military was doing yet.

It's not all said and done for Frances yet. (But yeah, they'll always have your reality. And I like that outcome too. I was, and possibly still is, one of the same outcomes that I considered.)

It's angering to see how shallow people can be like that, isn't it? The sorority girls were fun for including speculations like that, and also how unfamiliar eyes see these characters, and how unflattering it can be.

Well, you get that feeling because you know that I can't let things happen so easily. Where's the fun if there's no drama? But the important thing that we see here is that Johnny really does want to be with Ophelia, since early on, that wasn't completely defined. Heheh. Goody goody Johnny wants to wait, and in some ways it's a good idea. But can he really hold out forever? Especially with Ophelia being so interested in moving forward? (As an interesting game sidenote, Johnny rolled the want to "have very first woohoo with Ophelia", which I thought was sweet, so I locked it.)

Heheh. Well, sometimes things like that are like a trainwreck that is impossible to look away from. Especially for Ripp. He knew that he shouldn't do it, but he just couldn't help himself. And, when you have roommates, and thin walls, sometimes you're actually forced to listen (which is not always fun, believe me).
