CC Creation: Alien lips

I spent some time working on cc today, and I'm looking for some feedback. I'm playing around with recolouring the Just Lips Remix :: Bare Lips for Men and Women by AtomicSpaceKitty, which are one of my favourite sets of cc lips. I just love them, so I wanted to make some that would work for aliens.









1. Natural mint green




2. Warm and vigrant green




3. Dark green




4. Pale purple


That's all I have so far. What do you think of them? Please suggest improvements or other colours you'd like to see. Purple is one of my "alien match" colours. Are there any others that just work well for you? I also like red and pink, but they're easy to come by.

Oooh, I like those. I really only have one lipstick I use on aliens now... actually, I have no CC lipstick, or makeup at all - just default replacements for the ingame lipsticks. I use the green one on aliens. These would be useful...

I could use some more makeup in general too, but I care too little about it to go on a CC hunt. The majority of makeup seems to be too shiny or over the top for me. I do like those you linked to, though. Hmm.

Those are lovely. I have never had an alien sim in my game (and I've tried, I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong), but if I had any, these would be must haves for me.

Very nice. I love those first two colors. :) If you're looking for other colors, maybe a few more purples and shades of blue? I'm pretty sure I've seen blue-ish alien defaults around...

I think it'd be nice to have a pale yellow or gold shade. For some reason I always equated yellow or peach as the alien's "red" lipstick.

I like these, especially the dark green. Blue and a darker purple would be neat too (I'm on a purple kick recently, I don't know why).

They're lovely! I like the way the purple is darkest in the middle and fades out towards the edge. It gives it a nice and natural look. I'm also liking the natural mint.

YAY! Alien lips! I get so frustrated that there are only a few options out there.

Maybe some blues (dark blues?) and lighter, warmer colours like oranges or yellows? I'm not sure how well they'd work though.

I like the last one especially. And these have the added bonus that they might work on other supernatural sims :)

These are fantastic! I was annoyed yesterday by my lack of alien friendly lipsticks. I usually end up using glosses but some of them are too pink tinged to look right. Also where did you get Stella's dress?

The pale purple is my favorite. I love how it fades toward the edges of the lips. It reminds me of the one pink maxis lip color that (when put on aliens) makes a brand new funky shade.
